Product introduction and use
The SGN-3.5 series deep cone high-efficiency thickener is a new type of water treatment concentration equipment independently developed and designed by our company's scientific research personnel after years of research, combined with the characteristics of domestic and foreign thickeners, for the company's sewage treatment supporting projects and environmental protection projects. It is widely used in Chemical industry, coal washing, paper making, stone and other industries.
Working principle
The sewage enters the reverse static mixer through the dosing device and is fully mixed with the flocculant to form a flocculated state. The sewage enters the reverse solid-liquid separation feeder at the lower part of the thickener from both sides of the thickener, and then is reflected by the cloth reflector to the polymer material refractive plate, and slowly spreads to the surrounding along the horizontal direction. The flocculated slime water forms large and dense flocs, which quickly settes in a short distance and forms a continuous and stably dense filter layer. The non-flocculated particles are blocked by the floc filter layer in the process of rising with the water flow, and finally enter the compression zone at the lower part of the thickener with the sedimentation of the floc layer, thus completing the solid-liquid separation of the sewage.
Technical features
1, the type of deep cone thickener combined with modern "shallow precipitation" theory of the development of a more advanced precipitation technology, in the thickener set inclined plate, not only increased the effective precipitation area, but also improved the fine particles in the slime in the precipitation process of hydraulic conditions. According to the sedimentation theory of deep filtration, the use of deep feeding shortens the sedimentation distance of solid particles, so that the coarse material quickly enters the compression zone, relatively reduces the concentration of sewage in the upper part of the thickener, which is conducive to the sedimentation of fine materials.
2. Small diameter, small footprint, convenient installation, short construction period, large processing capacity, low flocculant consumption, high underflow concentration, and low overflow solid content.
3. It is beneficial to the reverse static mixer and solid-liquid separator, replacing the mechanical stirrer of the rake thickener, so the deep cone thickener has no power consumption. The dosing system is equipped with an automatic dosing device, which can realize dosing automation and convenient management.
