SYA type filter press double shell feed pump adopts unique hydraulic design and impeller installation, to ensure that its performance curve is steeper than the general impurity pump, very suitable for filter press feed resistance changes to achieve large flow, low pressure feed and small flow, high pressure filtration purposes. Its special hydraulic performance coincides with the gradual process of the filter press from cavity to filling to filtration. At the initial stage of feeding, no valve is used to control the overload of the motor caused by excessive flow. At the same time, the low pressure will not impact the filter plate frame, reduce the damage of the filter cloth on the filter plate frame, and will not impact the filter plate to cause vibration. The small flow and large pressure in the later stage of pressure filtration are not easy to cause pump suppression. Especially in the later pressing period, due to the unique impeller installation method and auxiliary impeller of the pump under high pressure, the shaft seal is basically leak-free.
