Product Introduction
Energy-saving high-pressure grouting pump is a kind of piston type horizontal booster pump with hydraulic power source. It is mainly used in the feeding of plate and frame filter press and diaphragm filter press, the transportation and lifting of various coal water slurry.
Product Features
1. Low energy consumption. The actual operating power is 20 ~ 60% of that of ordinary screw pump, centrifugal pump, diaphragm pump, plunger pump, etc., and the energy saving is more than 40%.
2. High efficiency. The operating efficiency is above 95%.
3. High pressure. Pump pressure up to 2.5Mpa.
4, large flow. Through the pressure of the oil pump, it automatically switches to large displacement and small flow, and the adjustment range is 0 ~ 120m ³/h.
5. High solubility. Can transport water content of more than 80% of the solid-liquid mixture.

Working principle
The pump is an axial tandem pump (oil pump for short) driven by a motor through an elastic coupling. The oil pump sucks low-pressure oil from the oil tank and then discharges high-pressure oil. The high-pressure oil enters the front cavity or rear cavity of the hydraulic cylinder through the reversing valve to drive the hydraulic cylinder piston. The hydraulic cylinder piston drives the piston of the working cylinder to continuously reciprocate. The slurry suction and discharge operations are completed through the slurry inlet valve and discharge valve of the slurry.
The flow rate of the pump can be automatically switched to large displacement and small flow rate through the pressure of the oil pump, the adjustment range is 0 ~ 120m ³/h, and the maximum pump pressure can reach 2.5Mpa.
