Our company can provide the corresponding technical route of sludge deep dewatering according to the sludge disposal results, including the design, manufacture, commissioning and other system services of the sludge deep dewatering system. Through the high-pressure diaphragm dewatering technology, the sludge with 80% water content (treated by the belt filter) of the sewage plant can be dewatered to below 60% water content through conditioning, or the sludge with 92-98% concentration can be directly removed to below 60% water content by replacing the belt filter. The filter cake after deep dewatering can be directly landfilled, incinerated for power generation, composting, brick making and cement, etc.
The sludge deep dewatering system has been successfully applied to the sludge disposal of sewage treatment plants in Xiamen, Foshan, Changzhou, Wuxi, Daqing, Huizhou, Yinchuan, Hangzhou, Wuhan and other cities, and has achieved good operation results.
