The waste mud discharged during drilling is transported to the cuttings buffer device by pump through the mud collection box, and then to the demulsification coagulation tank by pump, and demulsification and coagulation aid are quantitatively added by dry powder dosing machine. The coagulated liquid is pumped by the ceramic double cylinder pump to the skid-mounted diaphragm filter press for solid-liquid separation. The separated mud cake is transported out of the filter press unit by the belt conveyor, and the filtrate enters the subsequent purification treatment device.
